Orange flavored Périgourdine Liqueur
Our liqueur Périgourdine is made from Cognac, orange peel macerated in alcohol and spices.
This golden-tinted liqueur is intense on the palate and rich in flavours. It may be served pure on the rocks or as a Champagne-based cocktail. It may also be used to flavour crepes, pastries or crème brûlée.
As an after-dinner liqueur, in the famous “la poirfine” cocktail: a measure of pear eau-de-vie for a measure of liqueur Périgourdine à l’orange.
